We do some research and put together a quick itinerary with estimated costs

Next step- Approval and Contract

With your approval to move forward, we create a contract and take a deposit.

Next step - Detailed Itinerary and Pricing. 

     This is where the magic happens.  We put together all the pieces to create the perfect experience.  We research the best flights, ideal accommodations, just the right amount of entertainment and food options if desired.  We'll present you with a detailed itinerary and make changes until it's JUSSSSTT right.

Next Step - Marketing Material

     After everything is approved we turn your itinerary into a marketing package for you to use to sell your trip.  It'll include:

  • Digital fliers for you to print and give out or email to your clientele
  • Email templates to use for marketing
  • A landing page website for you to share with your clients
  • Online booking platform - clients pay directly through the landing page website
  • Shareable itinerary and App for your clients to use to keep track of the details of their experience
  • A link on the Revibe Travel website (if desired)
  • An email and post on Revibe Travel's social media (if desired)
  • A checklist and timeline to keep you on track

Next Step- Clients book

Once your client books through your landing website, they are entered into our system which manages client information, communication and payments.
